Fashion Logistics

With 1,500 square metres of logistics dedicated to the fashion industry, we manage the entire supply chain: from supply to distribution in shops, through to shipping and online returns. Our spaces are specially equipped with shelves and hanging racks to ensure optimal storage of garments, whether laid out or hung up, keeping the quality of the product intact and ensuring that it arrives perfect in the customer’s hands.

CUSTOMER CARE

Pro-Active Support

Our customer support team is active 7 days a week, offering multilingual support on all sales platforms. We provide support through various contact channels, including telephone, chat, social, email and WhatsApp, to respond promptly to customers’ needs. All our staff are highly qualified and thoroughly familiar with the pre and post-sales specifications of each marketplace on which we operate, ensuring a responsive and dedicated service on each channel.

SHIPPING

Our dispatch activities are designed to optimise order handling times. Within the warehouse, we have organised the loading flows according to the hourly priorities for processing and the location of the items, allowing us to speed up the picking, packaging and packing operations according to the type of goods. This accurate division enables improved operational efficiency, reducing delivery times and ensuring optimised order handling.

Quick and easy returns

Thanks to our advanced computer technology, we monitor every aspect of the inventory in real time and with precision. We handle all returns by inspecting products to proceed with refunds or exchanges, thus ensuring an excellent shopping experience In addition to our headquarters in Italy, we have a network of logistics partners throughout Europe that allows us to manage last-mile distribution, marketplace complying requirements and ensuring fast and reliable deliveries to end customers.

EUROPEAN LOGISTICS NETWORK

The Goccia Group’s logistics network allows shipments to be handled through major European hubs, enabling the end customer to receive their order in just 2-4 working days.
